Recount:
Two truths and a lie
WALT: use descriptive language to create an interesting and exciting recount.
Instructions:
You are going to write about your favourite parts of the school holidays, these could be from any school holidays you have had – not just these ones!
- Create an introduction for your recount and what it will include.
- Write your three body paragraphs (these can be in any order)
- Truth – a paragraph that is of a true event you had in your holidays
- Truth – a paragraph that is of a true event you had in your holidays
- Lie – a paragraph that is of a made up event that could have happened in the holidays.
- Finish off with a conclusion
